Step1: Import the contact form "Ask a Question"
Import Contact Form from Sample Data of the theme
WPForms => Tools =>WPForms Import => Choose a file
Step 2: Copy Shortcode and paste in Theme Options: Fana Options > Woocommerce Theme > WooCommerce Open > Ask a Question - Single Product Page (Global)
