6.2 Using the “+” Icons (Fastest for daily work)

• Go to Posts → All Posts, Pages, or any custom post type

• You’ll see small + or pencil icons under each language flag

  • + = no translation exists yet

  • Pencil = translation exists (click to edit)

• Click the + for the desired language

• The Advanced Translation Editor opens automatically

• Click Copy from original (top-right) → everything is duplicated

• Edit only what needs to change (title, content, excerpt, etc.)

• Click Complete or Save as Draft
